National Honor Society     

Dear NHS Candidate,

Congratulations on your outstanding academic record!  You have taken the first step to becoming a member of Murrow's chapter of National Honor Society.  In order to officially apply, you now need to fill out the Information Sheet and obtain three teacher recommendations; all of these forms can be downloaded here.  Your complete application, including any supplemental materials, should be submitted to Ms. Berman in Room 341 NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2009.  Applications can be placed in the NHS Application box on Ms. Berman's desk.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to e-mail Ms. Berman at SBerman6@schools.nyc.gov.  We look forward to meeting you.  Good luck with the application process.
